APES ARE GOING BACK TO SPACE! THIS TIME, THEY’RE BRINGING HUMANS AND NFTS ALONG!
The SPACE APE PROGRAM, otherwise known as SAP is a NFT project on the Ethereum blockchain. It is a community conquest — taking humans and their NFTs into outer space!
Note: This program was created by BAYC/AKC/GCG holders and has no affiliation with Bored Ape Yacht Club/Yuga Labs/AKC/GCG. ALL derivatives are the creations from our own holdings.
THE MAIN MISSION — go to space and bring the digital personas/identities of the NFT holders alongside them. UM WHAT — Yes, they’re bringing your apes + others to space with them in a never before seen IRL visualized human/digital NFT display!
Aside from ascending into actual space, the program’s mission on Earth is to bring real world utility to an already powerful and engaging NFT community. The project is lead by Commander @cybernautx and his “bored” of advisors/partners. They’ve developed a new framework that will transcend the holder experience beyond Earth’s gravity! UTILITY FIRST IS THE MODEL.
HOW WILL IT WORK?
A supply of 8,888 NFTs will be released, each holding different voting powers + security clearances. These are ERC-721 tokens on the Ethereum blockchain — hosted on IPFS. The NFTs will be minted as //ACCESS ID CARDS// which will serve as your digital identity into the space program. You will use these access cards to enter various terminals within the program’s landscape. Think of it like this, you’re on campus at Space Camp — your card isn’t going to give you security clearance into the captain’s quarters, but it might get you into the high tech bathrooms, fitness facilities and classrooms. Keep an eye out for some Time Travel pieces, they were accidentally mixed in.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE AN APE OR THOSE OTHER IPS?
We still want you and most likely we need you. You will start off as mission control and ground support (please don’t make us crash into alien ships). You will have all benefits of BAYC/AKC/GCG holders.
ALPHA: As the evolution of this program takes place, other projects will be added to the program fly list.
THE PROGRAM CURRICULUM — FRAMEWORK AND MECHANICS//
This is a program after all, so listen up because you’re going to get schooled. Upon registration, you will receive a student handbook that covers the curriculum. There are 4 semesters per academic year.
The curriculum will break into 2 modules:
P2L (PLAY TO LEARN) — This sector in the program will put your NFTs through a series of arcade play to learn (and earn) challenges. Time logged in training will go towards your credits at the end of the program. These games are custom curated to test your physical endurance and prepare you (your ape) for space travel. UX for participants is a web3 portal that gives you access to our Metaverse.
CLASSROOM LECTURES — Classroom lectures will flow more like AMAs and fireside chats — a comfortable space for students to engage with professors on various topics throughout the year. Is there homework? No, homework sucks but there will be pop quizzes that reward attentive participants. You snooze, you lose!
BTW, “lectures” are given by SAP crew members, who are also NASA, SpaceX and other space industry professionals. But, it doesn’t end there — there’s a culinary terminal and others to check out too…
DANG, I GET TO KICK IT W/ REAL SPACE PEOPLE — THAT’S DOPE. WHAT ELSE?
As long as you hold your GENESIS ACCESS CARD, you will have access to ongoing art releases exclusively for SAP participants.
Other utility includes:
- access to giveaways/contests
- arcade play to learn/earn (tokenized distribution at a later date)
- arcade tournaments with prizes
- exclusive member’s only discounts/access on a network of IRL partners
- access to IRL meet-ups funded by the DAO
- fractional ownership of NFTs
- ability to license your NFTs and earn royalties in perpetuity
COLLABORATIVE STORYTELLING//
We should also mention that there’s another elective called creative writing. As we ascend together, we will imagine and create constructs around various storytelling modules.
These stories will provide the opportunity for users to license their IPs across various medias, which include: comic books, children’s books/coloring books and TV shows.
How/where your IP appears will be determined based on your access card level(s) and voting powers. Onboarding and securing IP roles can also be determined through contests/puzzles.

That’s okay — like we mentioned, you can still BENEFIT. Just partner with someone who DOES and split the royalties!
